Go SuFa (operated by Navitra Trading Co Ltd, NZBN registered) is a digital coordination platform. We do not sell, handle, store, or transport food products. We aggregate community demand to facilitate bulk purchasing directly from third-party wholesale suppliers.
When you place an order through Go SuFa, you are authorising Go SuFa to act as your agent to coordinate and facilitate a purchase from a verified wholesale supplier. The contract of sale for the goods is between you and the Supplier. Go SuFa facilitates the transaction on your behalf.
All products are supplied and delivered directly by our partner suppliers. Suppliers are vetted for compliance with applicable New Zealand food safety regulations. The cold chain is maintained by the supplier from their premises to the point of customer pickup.
Go SuFa's liability is limited to the order value paid. Go SuFa is not liable for food safety, product quality, or handling beyond the facilitation of the transaction. In the event of a dispute regarding product quality, Go SuFa will act as a good-faith intermediary between the customer and the supplier.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Drop pricing may vary between drops based on supplier rates. Price comparisons shown on the site are based on publicly available retail pricing at the time of the drop and are qualified with "approx." and "based on current pricing."
We collect your name, email, and phone number to process your order and notify you of future drops. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order. You may request removal from our list at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
All orders are Local Pickup Only. You will be notified via email and/or WhatsApp when the chiller van arrives at the pickup location. All customers are expected to collect their order within the designated 20-minute collection window. Orders not collected within the specified window may be forfeited without refund to ensure food safety standards are maintained.
As Go SuFa operates a zero-touch model, all products must be inspected at the point of pickup. Any quality concerns must be raised immediately with the Hub coordinator at the time of collection. Quality concerns raised after leaving the pickup location cannot be accepted.
If a drop is cancelled or a supplier fails to fulfil an order, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. No questions asked.
If you pay by bank transfer, your order is confirmed once payment has cleared (1–2 business days). Refunds for bank transfer payments will be returned to the same account within 3–5 business days.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
