📋 How Go SuFa Works
Go SuFa is a digital platform that facilitates bulk purchasing from verified partner suppliers.
The supplier is the seller of the goods. Go SuFa acts as a facilitator connecting customers with suppliers.
Products are supplied, prepared, and delivered by independent suppliers, who are responsible for processing, food safety, storage, and compliance with New Zealand regulations.
Customers place orders through Go SuFa, and the supplier fulfills the order for collection at the designated time and location.
Go SuFa coordinates the transaction and customer communication but does not handle, store, process, or transport food products.
Ownership of goods transfers from the supplier to the customer upon dispatch.
Delivery is carried out by the supplier. Customers collect directly from the supplier's vehicle at the scheduled pickup time.
Suppliers are responsible for maintaining product quality, cold chain handling, and food safety compliance up to the point of handover.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, Go SuFa will assist in coordinating communication and refunds with the supplier.
